Submenus on dual screen setups

I use a system with two monitors. When I activate the CSD-function (headerbar in settings) the menu out of the hamburger menu opens in fullscreen mode on the second monitor, which is a little bit annoying. I think other programs handle this better. Is there a way to open the menus inside the application window?
