FileSystem Driver clear on entire pool fails futher cache operations

When $pool->clear() is performed, futher cache usage (reads, writes) raises errors, because cache directory is removed.

Seems like a bug. Why did you close the implementation?

Because my implementation is not solving this problem, fault start : )
