Load Question through AJAX to minimize bandwidth usage

Hi Nicola, thanks for your great support to TCExam. We hope TCExam can load the question via AJAX to minimize network traffic or save bandwidth, especially when navigating previous or next questions. I think it will improve TCExam performance too. Thanks in advance. Cheers

For a while you can use the fork of TCExam from Xamzone Repository here https://github.com/xamzone/tmfajax
