Change PS2_KEY_LANG5 from 0xA0 to 0X9A, lower case 0x.. to not mix with 0X..

Hi, I suggest to change PS2_KEY_LANG5 from 0xA0 to 0X9A and lower case all HEx constants using 0x.. to not mix with 0X.. Fixes #34. Regards,
