Dropdown floats when scrolling

Has anyone seen this before? I didn't find it in existing issues. GIVEN: I am on a long page with at least one MuiDownshift Component, WHEN: I focus on the field, and it opens a dropdown THEN: If I use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll the page, the dropdown maintains its postion on the screen. it should obviously stay with the select input

then use the scrollwheel to scroll (making sure cursor is not hovering over the drop down):
