Use jQuery slim instead

Great demo for people that are having issues with Bootstrap and Angular. My coworker said it could not be done.

I can write up a PR for this, but wouldn't it be better to use jQuery slim in the node_modules

node_modules/jquery/dist/jquery.slim.min.js

Bootstrap 4 only needs to the slim version.
