I would agree that ProtomVPN's Linux app needs the Stealth protocol. The Android app has had the protocol for upwards of 5 years now and while Windows only got it...
I'd also like to point out that Windscribe has their Stealth protocol on Linux, even in their free client.
For some reason I can now login in the latest nightly build. Weird. I'll leave this issue open for others who are having the problem.
