Add ability to only move attributes to different group within attribute_set

I'd love to be able to move existing attributes to different groups within an attribute_set like it's possible via drag & drop at Magento backend:

Example csv:

attribute_set_name	attribute_group_name	attribute_code
Default	New Group	attr_code
