Restructure
Preparing to restructure the SIFT saltstack files to make it easier to include in other projects.
The goal is to try and keep this from being a breaking change which should be doable via a symlink, however provisions will be made for it being a breaking change accordingly.
All scripts and inclusions will need to ensure they clone this directory under the base saltstack file server root as sift, failure to do so will result in saltstack failing.
This change however makes it much easier to submodule this project into another project without the use of symlinks or other tricks to get sift at the root of the saltstack file root along side another distro like remnux, or internal SANS distros for specific classes.
