Implement Event / Meet-up functionality

I used NIP-52 to implement meetup-scheduling in the Dezentralschweiz Community Telegram Bot (https://github.com/gillohner/dezentralschweiz_bot).

It currently works with flockstr, but I want to make it compatible with satlantis.io as well.

Much has moved on since this was originally raised, but yes I envisage this as being a NIP-52 viewer/editor - probably using just our own relay to begin with.

We would probably seed events from other sources then allow communities to claim those (i.e. publish those events with own privkey).
