Network error when used with other s3 compatible cloud storages

"Network error" shows up when we try to upload any attachment.

here it is mentioned as https://help.teable.ai/en/deploy/docker#connect-to-aws-s3

"This process applies to most cloud providers, not just AWS S3."

But it doesnt work with any s3 compatible cloud storages other than S3 check it

Kindly fix it ASAP
