It seems to do a pretty good job. In some case my old Trinity -> Augustus pipeline seems a little closer to exonerate predictions, in other cases Hisat2 -> strawberry....
We are having the same problem with an OT-2 (2018/25/26). Even if I run the check calibration command the OT-2 homes OK, but then moves very quickly to roughly position...
There is some weirdness in the server.log file, given that the robot seems to drop the connection to my mac, and powers off, perhaps the actual event that kills everything...
