FEATURE REQUEST Implement get_snapshot in Home Assistant integration

The current camera.snapshot implementation in Home Assistant just takes the first frame from the last recording. I am wondering how to go about adding a new service to the Ring HA integration that uses the get_snapshot function to take a snapshot and download it so you can fetch live snapshots.
