Add locations support

For this feature request / enhancement, ultimately looking to add support for getting / setting location mode in the Home Assistant integration which utilizes this module. to that end I would like to:

  • Add support for getting locations
  • Add support for getting / setting location mode

FYI, took the liberty of submitting a PR (#257) that I think implements this functionality.
