Example:

[MyPDF](../MyPDF.pdf) Should appear as Node with the name MyPDF in the Graph

[MyLink](http://abc.my.link.com) Should appear as Node with name MyLink in the Graph

This could be handled along #60 in a nice way. Definitely idea worth looking into!

I can't figure out how to to use the file ID Regexp option for labeled wiki-links like this: 'folder/file|label'. Would be very useful for me but I'm not a skilled programmer... Thanks a lot in advance
