Connection error

I have tried to use your package but it's not working out for me. What's the workaround here?

users <- getAllUsers()
Error in function (type, msg, asError = TRUE)  : 
  error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:tlsv1 alert protocol version

I have no clue how to solve this error.
