How is this licensed?

I found this project archived on google code and it had an Apache v2 License but I don't see any license information in this repo. Is it still Apache? Thanks!

Hey @cira49152 this project is maintained in another repo which does have a license file: https://github.com/rasmus-toftdahl-olesen/libvt100.
