tap.vocoder~ broken

it needs to be re-written -- relies on the obsolete tap.avg~ object.

It also depends on tap.typecheck~. Could tap.avg~simply be substituted for average~? That would keep it in the audio domain throughout with no need for converting to max rate and back to MSP.

Are there any built-in alternatives to typecheck~ in Max these days?

When I originally created it there was no average~ object. The typeroute~ object is standard now. I can't remember what version I added it.
