env: Docker Is there any ways to solve my question, where change it from cli is not suite for my usage satuations. Maybe use ENVIROMENTS like Mysql? or taos.conf like Redis?

Unfortunately, the only way to do so is to manually, using plain SQL, create a new superuser, and delete the root user.
