Map is not loading

The map is not loading, leaving a fully blank page.

If this issue is right at opening the website, turning auto-exposure off and on should fix it. If it is occurring while zoomed in it is possible there is just no imagery at that zoom level.

Getting the same when running this on my localhost. Checking the console, there's a whole bunch of 403 Forbidden errors like this one. Anyone have any insight as to why?
