I think it would be good to add support for Hangar by PaperMC. Their website already seems much nicer to browse than SpigotMC or Bukkit, and they also have plugins...
The `pap` CI takes ages. So perhaps it could be a good idea to use some kind of diff where if there were no changes to the `internal` directory it...
