support parallel writers

To improve write speed for some proxy that do not support pipeline mode, this pull request supports parallel writers in RDB restore mode.

Considering that parallel writers mode is not necessarily much faster than pipeline mode, so this change is not general enough. I think I should close it temporarily. Thanks~~~
