Code for pure yellow missing from docs/themes/skins

Code for #FFFF00 is missing. See attached screenshot.

Edit: Looks like it's also missing for boxes with the same color involved.

It seems like gold label was just changed to yellow. Notice further down in the screenshot where the gold color is incorrectly labeled.

Edit: It looks like a gold color has been added (below the dark-red) but it doesn't have a label on it before the relabeled gold swatch.

Edit 2: Seems like there is a new color, #f48120, also added in to the mix without a label.

looks like there are a few light blues missing labels (#408BC9 & #76C4E2). there are also some layout issues happening in the a11y combos below.
