Metadata API SLA

We're using the Metadata API to retrieve data. But, we have two problems when using Tableau Cloud on the "dub01" instance:

  1. This is the second time in 2 months that the API is down (error 500). Is it linked to the 2024.1 release of Tableau? Will it be recurrent?
  2. The time between the moment we update a site (adding a resource, updating Tables, etc...) extended to 1 hour this day instead of a few minutes normally. What is the reason for that?
