Tooltips do not display on dashboards with an extension - 2021.4

Describe the issue

On dashboard load, tooltips have gone missing when the dashboard has an extension. This started in 2021.4.

Thanks for everyone who reported this. This has been fixed in the March maintenance release of 2021.4. It will also be fixed in online in a few weeks.

Unfortunately, because of the release schedule, it will not be fixed in 2022.1. You will need to wait for 2022.1.1. John
