Tableau Exchange Data-Driven Parameters is not worked in japanese

The Exchange Data-Driven Parameters works fine in an English environment, but it doesn't work in a Japanese environment, the parameter is not be updated. Our client is Japanese, is there any way to make it work well in Japanese environment as well? thanks!
