Select a worksheet has no browse option to select folder?

I have installed the extension and its a great extension. When I select worksheet it is showing me only 3 file options to select from. I do not get the browse option to redirect to the folder from which I can select the file which has a list of perimeters.

Also can I confirm if you can only select a file or you can select a tab within a file.
