Enable updating look & feel of workbook

This will probably be handled with v10 but it's always been nice to have a way to standardize fonts,etc across the sheets in a workbooks. What's more, it's nice to specify different styles for a view. For example, View A has a title font size of 14 and a content font size of 10...

This feature would be huge for my group in easily making sure that workbooks to adhere to our style guide. @MikeRobertsPS How do you know this will be v10? Is the development roadmap mapped out somewhere?
