Plugin name missing

In the "LogShark Plugins and Generated Workbooks" chapter, please include the plugin name "All" into the table of available plugins. This is for command completeness in the table, as it is more obvious to look to the plugin options since it is a plugin name.

We know it is in the "LogShark Command Options" chapter but it's only mentioned once and can be easily missed.
