Data is returned but not displaying

My data is being pulled into the grid and I can use the developer tools to search around the DOM and actually find the returned data. The issue is the data in the grid is not visible and seems to be below the paging controls. I have this grid control working great in another project and just not sure what I'm doing wrong?
