Feature: edit already sent messages

It would be practical for admins to be able to edit messages instead of delete/send new content when there is the need to update a message content.

In case the notification system is implemented #421 , let's discuss about how to handle the update notification: would it be better to send to everyone a new notification or just update the notification for users whom have not already opened the initial message notification?
