Feature: offline messages

It would be very useful for our needs to have offline caching messages, so users can fetch all the messages, go in airplane mode to move around and still have a look to the messages.

When they connect again to a WiFi, the new content should then be synchronized.

This issue certainly depends on the PWA insertion: #419
