not able to serve output in phptileserver

hi i tried to create an output (using version 2.4.0 on windows in folder format and mbtiles) and put it in a phptileserver https://github.com/maptiler/tileserver-php but i got stucked. first i got path error because a dummy url (https://exmple.com) was used so i changed that (metadata.json in folder format). then there was some issues with ol.min.js which i dont understand i think some further corrections to metadata.json is required that i miss. could anyone help me with that?

tileserver.php works fine for us using mbtiles db format generated by tilemaker.
