Standalone mode fails with "Unable to use existing local MainDB"

The example from the readme fails with "Unable to use existing local MainDB" error in the logs (not shown directly in the action output).

Tried to add the solution from the ci-scan workflow to "donate" the database, but that requires a token (I was testing out the action to see if it is useful or not).

Any tips to get this to work?
