[Feature]: iOS/Android special url intent support

Describe the problem

When tapping a slash: or slashauth: url, the OS should have these registered to open in Bitkit and automatically processed by the app. This should include any other special URLs we support, like bitcoin:, etc

Describe the solution

Register all relevant special URL prefixes with the OS on app install or whenever/however is appropriate

Additional context

We discussed this in the past, but I don't know if it ever got implemented.
