"Remove Folder" GUI prompt menu enhancement

What happened?

• Removing a folder with a Folder Label: Are you sure you want to remove folder folder_label?
• Removing a folder without a Folder Label: Are you sure you want to remove folder ?

In the absence of a Folder Label the prompt should fallback to the Folders ID, eg: Are you sure you want to remove folder dnjdr-hssze?

The string used is: Are you sure you want to remove folder {{label}}?

This is a minor enhancement but nice for double check and consistency.
