IPv6 is not used

Syncthing Lite version: 0.3.12 Android version: 9.0 Device: Nokia 7 plus Issue: When a remote device is added that can only be reached through IPv6, Syncthing-Lite will only connect to that device using a relay server. Syncthing-Android is able to connect directly using IPv6.
