"Not connected to WiFi" popup misinterpreted as CTA

When configuring Syncthing to only work when connected to Wifi (default settings iirc), a popup message is shown once you're on mobile data only telling you about the situation, leaving you with the options "Exit" and "Settings". I think this is misleading UI design, as those popups are usually a call to action.
"Something has happened, do you want to do A or B?" To the average user, it might not occur to just ignore that message by switching to another app. A "Dismiss" button and then some visual clue in the main GUI would be preferable to just exiting Syncthing completely, as you might not remember to restart it once you get back on wifi.

(On another note, should that popup disappear automatically once a wifi connection is re-established? Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, during my quick tests on a Huawei P30...)

Additionally, the popup prevents Syncthing from being closed (shutdown) by the user. The only way to close Syncthing at that moment is to reconnect to WiFi, dismiss the popup, reopen the app and close it.

Furthermore, how do you get logs if all you can do is exit or go to settings?
