Add websocket provider

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The websocket protocol is usefull method for gettings streams from web.

Describe the solution you'd like The websocket provider will be as default in DaggyCore lib providers set.

Additional context The simplest way is use QWebSocket. The telnet provider must be inheratance from daggy::providers::IProvider
