update the Chinese translation

Update the Chinese translation Hope that it works fine now.

the commits looks in a mess... I opened cs.po with poedit and it added all my information to cs.po.... I am just not used to using git...then it takes much time for me to bring it back to the earlier version.... But finally,Maybe it works fine now.

@asmeurer -- it seems this has gone stale, I would propose closing without merging.
