Nikolay, please use more descriptive commit titles, e.g. "Fixed character encoding in some_file.html".

This task was marked as closed some time ago. The pull request should stay here until we find how we will take care of presenting the translations.

This now has to be converted to a .po file. I will keep this pull request open until this is done.

@asmeurer -- it seems to me that this has gone stale. I would propose closing without merging.
