update janet playground to v1.23.0

Currently the playground has a pretty old version of janet, which could be very confusing.

I rebuilt janet.js and janet.wasm from https://github.com/ianthehenry/janet-playground/. I tested the playground locally and it seems to work well, and janet/version now reports "1.23.0".
