Submenu getting clicked on mobile when parent is clicked

For me a regular click on the parent menu clicks the first item of the submenu instead of just opening it. That is causing a confusing behaviour for the user. It is also for the submenu demo on Android on Google Chrome happening for me. Can this somehow be prevented? the mnu only gets normally opened when i click on mobile on the arrow which is way to small to always get it. would be nice when the entire menuentry would behave like the arrow
