Multiple header rows/Fixed 'total' row

It would be useful to be able to create more header rows - ie. fixed rows that don't scroll or get sorted that can be used for things like column totals etc.

Is there some way to do this currently?

I take it there isn't a way. Either way I didn't want to wait, made a quick solution myself on my fork.
