New editor, still work to do in later lessons

Hi Everyone,

I (ntmoore) am the new editor/maintainer for the python-novice-gapminder lesson. Over the past week or so I've worked to clear out the backlog of pull requests. I can't promise to do the same for the list of issues, but I do welcome your contributions to the lesson. Specifically, lessons 12-17 seem to get less attention than lessons earlier in the sequence. If you're looking for someplace to start, I specifically encourage you to look there.
