Updated mocha to 5.2.0

npm audit identified a critical vulnerability with growl, which is used by mocha. Mocha 5.2.0 uses a newer version of growl with the vulnerability fixed. Installed mocha 5.2.0 and the testing appears to work -- this appears to be the only area where mocha is used.
