swagger project test exit code

swagger project test exits with code 0 even when there are test failures. It should exit with a non-zero exit code so that it can be used to detect whether any tests have failed (e.g. on a continuous integration server).

Bump. I'm happy to have a look at the tests but it's not very clear what failed. @fehguy do you suggest this change caused the timeout?

How come this has never been released? The last version I see in npm is 0.7.5 which was released in Oct 2015
