Allow cuebreakpoints to parse cue files that contain unicode

The attached patch makes the lexxer not barf at unicode. cuebreakpoints works for me now. I haven't tried the other tools~

Hi @talisein, I would like to merge this into libcue if you could create a simple test case and submit a PR against libcue. If not then I may add a test case and cherry-pick your changes eventually as unicode support seems useful.

Sure, I'll make a testcase. Might be a couple weeks before I can find the time though.
