Add English translations of Tibetan texts from 84000.co

Some new English translations of EB Tibetan texts hosted on 84000 have been identified:

Toh 337, aka. D 31 (~ SN 56.11) Toh 300, aka. D 300 (~ SN 45.2)

These should be added to the site.

In addition, 84000 should be checked for other recent translations of texts relevant to SC.
