Small person/place/thing discrepancy in pli2en_dppn.json

Because entities in the DPPN are grouped by name and not entity, there are a few cases where things are miss classed.

For example, ekapuṇḍarīka is classed as a place but only the first entry is a place. The second is a animal.

If these entities are broken out into separate items, then this will need to be checked.
